From UX Strategy to Content: Designing Pages That Perform
Pages perform when strategy, content and design are planned together. Too often a page is designed first and the words are squeezed in later. The result looks fine but fails to persuade, inform or convert.
UX strategy starts with the user’s goal and the business goal for each page. We define who the page is for, what they need to know, what might stop them and what we want them to do next. Every design decision then supports that plan.
Strategy before screens
Content design means writing and structuring information so people can find and understand it quickly. Headlines, sub-headings, lists and calls to action are part of the design, not decoration added at the end.
Content and design are one job
Research: Customer questions, objections and language gathered from interviews, reviews and support requests.
Structure: A page outline that answers questions in the order people ask them.
Copy and layout together: Words and visuals designed side by side so each supports the other.
Measuring what performs
Once a page is live, we look at where visitors click, how far they scroll and where they leave. These insights guide small improvements to wording, order and layout, which often lift results more than a complete redesign.
Minte Space combines UX strategy, content design and visual design in one process. If your pages attract visitors but fail to convince them, we can help rework the structure and message.
