Inside Our Design Process: From Creative Idea to Final Delivery
Great design depends on more than talent. A clear process keeps projects on schedule, makes feedback easier and ensures the final work solves the right problem. Here is how we take a project from first idea to final delivery at Minte Space.
Without a process, projects drift. Feedback arrives at the wrong time, scope expands and deadlines slip. A structured approach gives everyone the same expectations and makes the creative work stronger.
Why a clear process matters
Our process has five stages: discovery, concept, design, refinement and delivery. Each stage ends with a clear checkpoint, so you always know what has been agreed and what comes next.
Our five-stage design process
Discovery and concept: We learn about your business, audience and goals, then present creative directions to choose from.
Design and refinement: The chosen direction is developed in detail, with structured feedback rounds to perfect it.
Delivery: Final files, guidelines and a handover so your team can use the work with confidence.
What you receive at the end
At the end of a project you receive production-ready files, organised source files, brand or design guidelines where relevant and a handover session. For digital projects we prepare developer-ready specifications, and our sister company Raamello can handle the build.
